Orders & shipping
How long does order processing take?
Our current policy allows up to 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Carrier transit time is separate and the available delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders with no minimum. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, tracking information is provided in the shipping notification when tracking is available from the carrier.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@fitavid.com as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.

Can I return supplements?
Unopened supplements in their original condition may be eligible for return within the return window. For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products are generally not returnable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I return Hip Bands?
Unused Hip Bands in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within the return window. Contact us before sending a return.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a FITAVID fulfillment error or an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Which flavors are available?
FITAVID Whey Protein is available in Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.
How much protein is in a serving?
Each serving provides 24g of protein. Refer to the product label for complete nutrition information.
How do I mix FITAVID Whey Protein?
Follow the directions on your product label. The current label directs approximately one scoop with 6–8 fl oz of cold water, milk, or another beverage, then stir, shake, or blend until dissolved.
